But let's start at the beginning, shall we? Actually the first track is called 'The Beginning' and it's a hodgepodge of static, radio station garble (you know, the sounds that occur when you twist the radio dial repeatedly to the right, thus skimming over every station thus getting hit with a little bit of each station), and ambient noize. While most of the 'tracks' on this soundtrack clock in well under 3 minutes and manifest themselves as moody instrumentals, there are a few bona fide pop tracks tossed in for good measure and added effect. It is predominantly comprised of short snippets of soundscape that work best within the context of the film, helping to add a breadth of emotional disturbance to the images unfolding on the screen.
